"Critiques by published authors and contest divas!
ReplyDeleteStarting January 7th, everyone who comments on our blog . . ."
Hey, ladies, what a neat idea. And ending December 12, everyone who comments on Inspirational Editor with a question about writing romance or women's fiction will get feedback from Nikki Arana, an expert in commercial story structure for the inspirational market. So be sure to drop by with your questions. :-)
Camy that sounds like fun. And Susan, your offer sounds inviting also. Looks like the new year holds promise.
ReplyDeleteWhoooopeeeee! Prizes!! :)
ReplyDeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteI just discovered this blog through Mary Connealy's blog, but I am adding it to my bookmarked list.
Um, BTW, I'm one of the mean critiquers. Just so you know up front. Don't want anyone wallowing in used Kleenex or Puff's Plus unprepared.
ReplyDelete;)
Ruthy only wants you to THINK she's mean. I prefer to think of her as a skinny latte frothing over with genuine concern for her victim : ) Now me on the other hand. . .
ReplyDeleteOkay, Ruthy and Audra, should I take back my whooppeeee, prizes? LOL Just kidding, girls. I'm trust you both....
ReplyDelete{{I think}}
Get out. Ruthy is a pushover. It's Camy and Mary you have to watch out for. They're like...HONEST.
ReplyDeleteDid anyone else notice this post is dated December 31?
ReplyDeleteComment! I hope I win!

Sounds like fun! :)
ReplyDeleteThis blog is a great idea. I have been writing since I was in elementary school. Even if I took a non-writing job, I ended up writing in it - by creating newsletters mostly. I have been published in mostly children's magazines, but after 5 years, I put the writing attempt aside. It just seemed too difficult to break into this field. Now I have a hankering to give it another whirl. I look forward to reading your tips and the critiques!
ReplyDeleteAwesome, I love contests. :) This blog looks like it will be a big hit. The crit give aways are especially tempting.

See what a contest will do? I love giveaways. But, since I already have a copy of Cheryl's novel--and LOVED it--don't include me in this week's giveaway.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners. You'll love it too.
ohhh cooolll....
ReplyDeleteI would definately like to win sometime!
magmapyro(at)gmail(dot)com
But it'll be SIGNED Patricia. Don't think like a reader, think like an ebay bidder.
ReplyDeleteAnd Cheryl, our own Stephen King of Christian Fiction, except for the scary stuff, will soon look back on her lowly first book and say 'that launched me to greatness'
And you, patricia will have a signed copy worth millions.
Cheryl, my daughter and I love your writings. Had to share with you something tho. Got your elephant story then had one of my own. My 39 yr old daughter, Darla, and her girlfriend were driving around and her girlfriend asked her what quanza was. Darla turned her head watching traffic and her friend said, "Well, I'll not ask you any more" and thought she had said "a Fricken celebration". When Darla found out what she thought she said and laughed and said no African celebration!! We enjoy you so much.
ReplyDeletePLease enter my name in the drawing for the book! Thanks and keep up the good work!
