For health benefits, ask for dark. Dark chocolate contains flavanols which are potent antioxidants. Recent studies show they boost brain cells, reduce cardiovascular disease and lower blood pressure. I love dark chocolate--for medicinal reasons, of course. I think I'll have a piece of Dove dark chocolate right now to boost my brain power so I can finish the great American novel. Oh, has that already been written by Margaret Mitchell?
ReplyDeleteI'm a little bit picky about my chocolate after spending a summer in Europe. My favorite is Lindor truffles, the dark chocolate ones, by Lindt. Mmmmm. I only like certain brands of milk chocolate. Dark is best. :-)

Actually, I have a dark chocolate Milky Way that's going to be my treat this afternoon for getting alot (I hope!) done on my proposal, thank's to Tina's post about realchocolate.com. My family and boss are having lots of fun with that.

Not so good for productivity, however! lol
How could anyone get work done with a chocolate keyboard? I would only be able to type numbers by the end of the day because everything else would be gone.
ReplyDeleteI grew up near Pella, Iowa -- founded by the Dutch -- and well remember that yummy chocolate that came in the shape of wooden shoes!

Can I just be honest here? It really just doesn't matter to me. I like chocolate. All chocolate. I have been known to lick brown paint thinking it might be chocolate. But now, unfortunately, I must look at my keyboard with great disdain wondering why oh why it isn't a much tastier version! Sigh.
