Tina:
ReplyDeleteThanks for keeping us informed.
I looked back at Lia Brown's post and made a discovery.
Photos do not show up for me on current posts. But when I went back to the older one, Ta-Da!! There they were.
Can you tell me why I don't see them all the time?
Coffee's on!!
Helen
LOL Elizabeth! I live in Pennsylvania but I'm a night owl!;-)
ReplyDeleteXOXO~ Renee
Congrats to all the winners, and mega congrats to Tina on that awesome cover. Love it!
ReplyDeleteTina:
ReplyDeleteDoes the subtitle 'Home on the Ranch' mean this book is the first in a series?
Helen
Congrats to all the winners. How fun.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the coffee Helen.
I posted the info about protein pancakes in yesterday's comments. US EGG
US EGG is featuring pumpkin waffles this week. That sounded so yummy that I brought some for all of us to try.
Congrats to all the winners. I apparently turned into a weekend night owl. Ugh. At least Seekerville gives me something to do.
ReplyDeleteAnd Sandra, I am tempted to fly out to US Egg!
Peace, Julie
Wow, what a list of winners!!! Congrats to them all. And Tina, love your new website and the cover of your book!!!!! You must be getting just a tad excited as the 'debut' date draws closer and closer.
ReplyDeleteOh, and thanks for the link to the Michael Hague's Story Conflict template. I fear my conflict is conflicted so this will help. And I'm so up for NaNoWriMo this year!!!!!
Congrats winners!! I would love to win something I just need to remember to comment. I don't know if this one counts for a chance for the Kindle but in case it does I left my e-mail below.
ReplyDeletefantum2004 AT sbcglobal DOT net
Tina, I LOVE your new website and your cover. Congratulations!!! Thanks for sharing, and for the great WE!
ReplyDeleteTina, love your new book cover. Can't wait for the book.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the Bob Mayer book. Congrats to all the winners. Now, if only the Braves take out the Giants today, it'll be a perfect day. (Sorry, Missy, but I'm impressed that your nephew at least admitted after the game that he'd been tagged out. It took the
'51 Giants fifty years to say anything.)
Congrats to all the winners and many thanks Seekers for this chance to learn lots about writing and have a little fun along the way!
ReplyDeleteHelen,
ReplyDeleteI post and check out Seekerville in Firefox and I too notice that if I go back and look at posts using my AOL browser or my Internet Explorer browser I see pictures I didn't see in Firefox.
Try using a different internet browser and see what happens.
Laura,
ReplyDeleteWelcome to Seekerville.
Every day you comment is one entry into the Kindle Contest.
Thankfully I am not the person counting the entries. We have a mathematical genius in the Seekers who is doing that.
Thank you all for the kind words on my cover.
ReplyDeleteHome on the Ranch is the name of a series of releases with the same banner. Audra Harders book is a Home on the Ranch book as well.
They are not connected by characters or locales but they are all ranch books.
Anne, thanks.
ReplyDeleteI have to keep up with the Barton's and your new web page.
May wants to know if she can have cake too?
ReplyDeleteGood morning all!
Congrats to all the winners too. Great WE Tina. Loving all the links and covers and such. We're Snoopy dancin' with ya!!

Tina, love the web design! Perfect, simple, clear, concise. Done by Total Web Designs, right???
ReplyDeleteLove it and I love their work. Solid.
And seeing your cover and Audra's new cover gives me such good shivers. Happy dancing in upstate for you guys and I can't wait to walk into Walmart and grab those books!!!
YAY!!!!!!!!
Which beats the heck out of the mouse I found in my bathroom towels this morning.
A mouse.
Snuggled up in the dirty towels that someone(I will not name the person) tossed onto the floor when the hamper is like six inches away.
Six inches....
The MOUSE is not six inches. More like 1 1/2 inches. Gray. Kind of cute in a mouse-like way, but you know what it means when you find a baby mouse????
Brothers. Sisters.
Oh my stars, where's that cat when you most need her?
I brought a new treat, you will love this, and it has not been touched by mouse-like paws:
Whipped cream Apple cake.
Yellow cake drizzled with caramel.
Topped with thick whipped cream...
Then topped with homemade apple pie filling...
Serve cold.
Delightful. Light. Amazing. Dig in!
My Dad just helped me figure something out. Mary is a master of this concept... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paraprosdokian
ReplyDeletefor example:
"I like going to the park and watching the children run and jump around, because you see, they don't know I'm using blanks."
or...
"It's too bad that whole families have to be torn apart by something as simple as a pack of wild dogs."
Now just think about the start of Montana Rose and others of course!! Ha! :)
Mice are NICE Ruthie... really... but thanks for the non-mouse pawed grub this morning. I'm in Colorado mode you see, so there's "grub"... (Waving Tina!)
ReplyDeleteHey Tina,
ReplyDeleteHow fabulous is that cover? You must be so excited.
Can't wait to read it!
Have a super weekend everyone.

It's sunny and gorgeous, a perfect fall day! Hope you're all sharing the same fantastic weather.
Janet
LOL Janet I just got a "sneak peek" of your post. It popped up for a minute but after I read it and went to leave a comment it disappeared. Anyways I'm really looking forward to Wanted: A Family and Tina I did pop back and check that cover out. It looks great! :-)
ReplyDeleteXOXO~ Renee
It's cold and rainy here. And I promised Bob Mayer nice weather for his workshops in Denver.
ReplyDeleteBut who can predict Rocky Mountain Mama Nature? The trees are gorgeous and it is like Thanksgiving here Eva.
Enjoy your Thanksgiving Day!! What food is traditional for a Thanksgiving in Canada?
Tina,
ReplyDeleteI think the food is pretty much the same as in the US - turkey with all the fixings (stuffing, gravy, potatoes, carrots, corn, cranberry sauce, etc.) and for dessert pumpkin pie and apple pie.
But, it would be rude of me to have this feast without sharing - so please everyone dig in and enjoy Thanksgiving in Canada as a prelude to your Thanksgiving which isn't for another month.
Tina, love your cover!!! Can't wait to read the story!
ReplyDeleteI had a great time in Seekerville last week. Thanks, Emily, for joining us on Tuesday and making the day so much fun!

Well, Melly I called Harlequin IMMEDATELY to be sure they really wanted my name on the book.
ReplyDeleteSo far no one has returned my calls, so they are stuck with me.
So I guess they had their chance.
I tried!!
Love the cover, Tina!!!
