ReplyDeleteCongratulations to all winners!
AUDRA! Congrats on your ROCKY MOUNTAIN HERO cover being used by Harlequin to promote 2011 as Year of the Cowboy!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations again,KELI, on your first sale!!
And thank you EDWINA for all the great reviews you've posted "around town" for my SECOND CHANCE COURTSHIP! What a delightful surprise to find them on the bookseller sites!
And thank you for another COWBOY weekend edition, Tina! I think I need to watch "True Grit" (the Duke Wayne version, of course!) and his "Angel & the Badman" -- filmed in northern Arizona back in the 1940's when the Red Rock Country of Sedona was still wide open space and not blanketed with houses, hotels, restaurants and shops. Sure wish that area had been made a state or national park before it was overrun by developers.
Helen, loving the coffee!!!! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteAnd Teeeeena, great WE!
YAY FOR EMILY RODMELL! Well-deserved move up!
Sorry to be gone this week. My beloved father-in-law is knocking on heaven's door and I know you all understand how important that is.
Please keep us in your prayers for Dad's peace and comfort. You're such a blessing to every one of the Seekers and we covet your prayers and friendship.
Bless you all.
Congrats to all! Next week looks like another great one.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all the winners! Next week looks like another great week. I can't wait to see what they have in store for us.

Here's to a great week ahead, and to celebrate, here's our cowboy quote of the week: "Life's tough, pilgirm and it's even tougher if you're stupid." --John Wayne
Hugs,
Julie
Keli
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your sale to Barbour!!!!!!
You're starting the year out right!
Cowboys, cowboys, cowboys...can't get enough of them. I can see why Harlequin is declaring it the year of the cowboy!

Rose

ReplyDeleteHope you all have a productive week.
Carol, I can no long drive by Panera's without thinking of you!!
Oh my, the year of the cowboy. Can life get ANY better than that? The National Western Stock Show is in Denver every January, running the second and third weeks. Is it a hoot, or what? I've got to be careful or I'll spend my month's paycheck and then some on all the vendors goodies and RODEO tickets!!! LOL! Great times!
ReplyDeleteWe can never say enough Congratulations! around here, can we? Keli Gwyn, your sale to Barbour is way overdue. Proud of you, girlfriend!
Edwina, great review of Glynna's SECOND CHANCE COURTSHIP! It's next TBR and I can't wait to go back to Canyon Springs!
Tina, as always, another great WE...YeeHaw!
Thanks for sharing in my excitement. Seeing my news in the WE was way cool.
ReplyDeleteLove you guys and appreciate your support and encouragement. I wouldn't be where I am today without the Seekers and friends of Seekerville who have helped me in countless ways. You. Rock!
I look forward to celebrating with many of you this year as you set sail. Brace yourselves, though. Once you set foot on that boat, it takes off at speeds that will throw your head back. Talk about a joy ride. =)
Isn't every year the year of the Cowboy? ;o) If not, something's wrong in America.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to all the winners and Audra for your book cover being used to promote the year of the cowboy! Congrats to Keli on your sell!
Ruthy, you and your family are in my prayers. God bless you all.
--Kirsten
I am looking forward to Patti's post! I enjoy her books. :) Fun post this weekend, thanks!!
ReplyDeleteLOL Tina! At least I'm memorable for something ;).
ReplyDeleteLIS question...
ReplyDeleteWas reading on Camy's blog part of the first chapter of an LIS book. Are they in stores like Walmart the month they're out [this one is Jan 2011 release] or the month after or...?
:)
Glynna, I didn't realize that movie was filmed near Sedona. I remember the first time I saw the Red Rocks from the interstate. What a beautiful area!
ReplyDeleteevery year can be the year of the cowboy as far as I'm concerned with a few military and such tossed in here and there for variety!
ReplyDeleteooh panera...
Susanna
CarolM, they're on the shelf the month they release. The LI's come out the first of the month. The LIS mid-month. I never can remember for sure on LIH, but I think it's first of month also.
ReplyDeleteSo check for the January book now! :)
Great WE, Tina!!
ReplyDeleteAudra, that's so cool to see your book right there among the cowboys! I just love your hunky cowboy cover.
