Oh wow it just gets better and better with Seekerville doesn't it?! Thank you for the books, I'm looking forward to reading them! Congrats to all the other winners too!! It looks like you guys had fun at the book signings...why don't you ever come to Pittsburgh, you're really missing out! ;-)
ReplyDeleteXOXO~ Renee C.
Oooooooooooooh is right! Ya'll are amazing. Congratulations to all the winners and thank you for spoiling us on your birthday Seekerville.
ReplyDeleteWOW!! What a great WE, Tina! Congrats to ALL the winners (I'm thrilled about winning an LIH!) and thanks for sharing the photos from your travels--great pics and looks like you all had a fun time. ~ Seekerville and all the Seekers are AMAZING!!! Hugs from Georgia, Patti Jo :)
ReplyDeleteLove the pics!
ReplyDeleteLove the winner lists!
Love the month-long birthday party!
Don't love coffee, but I've got a big pot set up for those who do!!
Helen
Love the kindle picture cutout--cute.
ReplyDeleteAndrea and Carol, you could have taken exit 1 and came and saw me instead! What? You don't want my signature? It'll be worth tons of money someday........
And the Baconnaise has been brought back to share--I tried it today on my cold cut sanwhich, just tasted like I added bacon. Pretty darn good.
Congratulations, winners! Can't wait to read The Officer's Secret! (Thanks, Debby!)
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the photos, Tina! And the Kindle trial cut-out was just too fun. :)
I'm having so much fun! What a great week last week, and more to come. Are you sure you girls don't want to party till, say, Christmas??
ReplyDeleteWarmly,
Ann_Lee_Miller[at]msn[dot]com
How awesome, so many giveaway and winners
ReplyDeleteAnd next weeks lineup is wonderful.
I appreciate the gifts you guys give. Especially that of yourselves.
I'm stoked you chose my name this week.
Thank you again.
Looks like fun was had in OK. Next stop Phoenix right???
Blessings
Tina the II
Thank you Glynna Kaye! Thank You Seekers. This is some birthday party where you give the gifts. I was hoping I would win SOMETHING but as I was thinking about it today I knew that even if I didn't I had gained so much from reading all the posts these last couple of weeks and catching up on old ones I had won already.
ReplyDeleteSometimes Seekerville is one of the the best parts of my day.
My goodness. What a week! And I'm loving all the prizes and celebrating. You ladies need a Seeker Secretary to handle all of this stuff behind the scenes! You're all so generous!
ReplyDeleteThe photos are wonderful!
I am joining this birthday party so much! Would love to see some of you all come to our local bookstore to do a signing. It could be a great working vacation to you. The Great Smoky Mountains is a wonderful place to visit! :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners!...And I'm SO excited about this week's line up. You guys always have such great guests and blogs. Makes me giddy to wake up and turn on my computer.
ReplyDeleteI'll come to Pittsburgh, Renee, darling! :) I'm only a hop, skip and jump away.
ReplyDeleteAnd we did have fun! Wondrous fun! And HUGE storms last night...
Including Mary being stuck in an elevator for fifteen minutes for a two-second "lights out" power failure, and guess where our Mary was????
Stuck.
And guess where Tina and Ruthy were? In the room. We didn't hear the alarm, nope, nothin'...
Twelve handsome, hunky fireman descended on the place and broke into the elevator with an ax, extricated Mary with the jaws of life and then the first one in claimed her as his bride, kissed her senseless and dragged her off on horseback.
That last paragraph MAY OR MAY NOT be true. ;)
Heading north today. They dump me in KC first.... I'm trying to convince myself that's not intentional.
But I know better!
:)
HUGE CONGRATS TO ALL WINNERS!!! AND HEY, LORNA, WE MET A LORNA DOWN HERE, A YOUNG MOTHER! NOW I KNOW THREE LORNAS!!!!!
Melissa! You should have come on over. It was wonderful. Next time, 'kay????
Jamie, our pleasure, darling! And Patti Jo, I need to come to Georgia and hang out with all you Steel Magnolias. I love heading south!
Helen...coffee... love you!
Natalie, I loved that book. Just loved it. And I haven't started The Captain's Mission yet.... But soon!
Mary Cline, bless you! This is a tough industry... and it extracts a lot from you (usually) before you reap rewards.
ReplyDeleteWe know that.
But we also know how we welcomed the kindness of others as we worked toward the goal. It's good to have that virtual hug... chocolate... encouragement... chocolate... ;)
Deb, what a great idea... we have a queen. Queen Teeeeena.
But the queen could use a scribe, that's for certain! (The Queen does not give up her wand of power easily, however.)
Oh, Annie, you are a delight right back to us!
Now I'm going to smile all day, and not just because my teeth are too big for my mouth! ;)
Leaving soon. May the gentle Lord bless you with a beautiful Sunday, a day of joy, some rest, a little football and peace.
Woohooooo! Congrats to all the winners. That kindle touch looks inviting ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the pics of Mary, Tina, and Ruthy's grand and glorious adventure.
So Debra, are you applying for the secretary position?
ReplyDeleteHIRED!!!!
Forget the secretary -- I think each seekerville author needs their own manservant and a couple of bodyguards to keep the paparazzi at bay! They're getting that popular!!!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you ladies do it but I sure appreciate your generosity -- especially of your time and sound advice. Those two things are priceless!
Hugs and birthday wishes to you all.
Congrats, winners! Looks like a great week the last week of October. : )
ReplyDeleteThe pics are great!
Have a great Sunday!
Such a fab WE, Tina! WOW. Would love that Kindle touch (surprise surprise) - and this week sound AWESOME! Wow!
ReplyDeleteBest birthday party I've EVER attended!
Congrats to all the winners! WOW. And I love the pics. How cool that you could meet up with Vince. Plus the other peeps.
ReplyDeleteTEENESTER!!! When the heck did you have time to put together such a great WE???? And with Mary and Ruthy distracting you to boot! I am SOOO impressed!! And the Kindle Touch cutout??? Soooooo stinkin' cute (to paraphrase Ruthy)!!!!
ReplyDeleteHELEN!!! Say it ain't so -- you "don't love coffee," but you are our coffee lady??? WOW, now there's true dedication for you. Heck, you deserve to win just because of that, so send me an e-mail, and I'll ship you your choice of one of the top CBA books from my extensive library, okay?
MELISSA ... for some reason I'm not feeling the love for the Baconnaise just yet, but then I'm generally a Miracle Whip girl ...
Hugs,
Julie
ANN, "TILL CHRISTMAS"???? Well, THAT would probably mean each of the Seekers were selling so many books they all hit the CBD Bestseller List at the same time and could afford two more months of giveaways. Which, personally, I wouldn't mind one darn bit ... :)
ReplyDeleteMARY SAID: "Sometimes Seekerville is one of the the best parts of my day."
Aw, Mare ... THANK YOU!!
DEBRA ... uh, somebody had a birthday this week along with Seekerville!! Hope it was WONDERFUL, girlfriend!!
Hugs,
Julie
ANNIE SAID: "You guys always have such great guests and blogs. Makes me giddy to wake up and turn on my computer."
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean, Annie, because I feel the same way ... and I don't even get to win any prizes!! Thanks for your VERY sweet comment, sweetie.
RUTHY SAID: "Twelve handsome, hunky fireman descended on the place and broke into the elevator with an ax, extricated Mary with the jaws of life and then the first one in claimed her as his bride, kissed her senseless and dragged her off on horseback."
"Hunky Firemen"???OKAY, OKAY, now I really AM jealous of you guys, so it's a darn good thing I have church today to clean up my act!!
KAV SAID: "Forget the secretary -- I think each seekerville author needs their own manservant and a couple of bodyguards to keep the paparazzi at bay!"
OOOoooo ... I'm with Kav!! GREAT idea, girl, and dibbs on the Kevin Costner lookalike ...
Hugs,
Julie
Each week IS better and better! Congratulations to allllllll(breath)lllllllllllllllll the winners!
ReplyDeleteAdored the photos. Thanks for sharing them!
Looks like another fine week in Seekerville, coming up!
Been meaning to ask, what's the weather like? Is it Camelot or ??? ;D
ReplyDeleteWooHoo! Congratulations to all winners. And a big thank you to everyone to donated prizes.
ReplyDeleteAnd aaah, just a regular Kindle - are you kidding me! I'll take any kind I can get!!
I agree with Julie, Helen does a great job with the coffee. And she doesn't even drink it!
Looks like a GREAT time in Oklahoma! And a good turn out for your book signing.
ReplyDeleteDid you ladies make it to the National Cowboy and Western Hertitage Museum?
Congratulations to all the winners.
what a great week of fun at Seekervile!
ReplyDeleteI love road trips, especially with hunky firemen.
Wow I woke up to frost on the pumpkins this morning but apparently it's HOT in Seekerville this morning! Could yinz guys PLEASE send at least one of those twelve hunky firemen my way? Hehehe
ReplyDeleteXOXO~ Renee C.
Congrats to all the winners! Sounds like lots of fun is up the road for next week!! Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteSounds like it was fun at the book signing!!! So sad it was so far away from Michigan :)
Yay!! I'm a winner! (not that we aren't all winners from the education we get here).
ReplyDeleteIt's looking like a great upcoming week. There are some really great phtos from that book signing trip.
And, if it's not out of line to say, I will be appearing at the F.A.I.T.H. Girls blog tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to all the winners! And man, are there a lot to congratulate for this week. So fun here at Seekerville. :)
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to this week and all that we can learn. Thank you Seekers for all that you do to encourage us!
Thanks Seekerville, for the great week and the copy of THE RELUCTANT OUTLAW!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the other winners!!
--Kirsten
WOOHOO!! Congrats to all the winners!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm a winner!!!
WOOHOO!
Looks like another fabulous week in Seekerville!
Do hope you make it to both airports on time, Ruthy, Mary and Tina.
Ruthy - was Mary stuck in the elevator while I talked to you?! You said the power had just flickered... :D Poor Mary!
Time to get the kids ready for church!
Wow, what a TON of winners, and more to come this week! Loved the pics of you guys in Tulsa.
ReplyDeleteAnd, I'm hosting another Kindle giveaway. Deadline to enter this one is December 15th!
It's a KindlePalooza!
What's a KindlePalooza? It's BIG. It's BETTER. It's a-palooza!
The winner of this Kindle given away December 15th, 2011 will be gifted with a MINIMUM* of 12 of the 24 ACFW Book Club books chosen by the club during 2012!! So, the winner wins ALL YEAR LONG!
Every person who signs up has 23 chances to win. Why 23? No reason. Just worked out that way. lol
Enter Pam's KindlePalooza!!
Our neighbors housetrailer burned a couple of weeks ago, and the firemen (and women) were NOT hunky.
ReplyDeleteOh, you said, chunky?
Ok, well, maybe...
lol
Talk about a TON of great giveaways--and even more yet to come!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the pics from Tulsa!! So cool that Friends of Seekerville -- Vince and his wife, as well as Caroland Andrea--got to join in on the fun times in Oklahoma!
This is where you'll find WALT on Monday.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.thefaithgirls.com/
Haha, I fell out laughing so hard when I "got" the Kindle free-trial.
ReplyDeleteThat's so great.
(I have a nook, and am SO LOOKING FORWARD to having Pam, Michael and the other Tyndale digital first authors). I was anti-e-reader till someone gave me one. Now, not hating it, hehe.
LOL@ Pam's fireman post. I get that completely. I'm so 'over' the classic handsome hero right now (i don't know why, just that I am) and actually, in the WIP I began for my nanowrimo coming up, my heroine is blind, so the reader (and her) never get a physical description of the hero. I'll probably find out later this "doesn't work" from an editor/agent but right now, I'm loving the socks (I mean, the toga of course, haha) off it so I'm going with it. Congrats to all the winners!
Congratulations to the winners, this week looks even better, good luck to all.
ReplyDeletewfnren(at)aol(dot)com
wrensthoughts.blogspot.com
Thanks, Glynna. I should have posted a web address.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all the winners this week! And thank you, Seekers. Looking forward to reading Patty Smith Hall's book.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I look forward to reading the many great guest bloggers, interviews and Seeker posts, I love the weekend roundups. They're kind of like travelogues or those annual holiday letters, except we get one every week. Seekerville is just a fun place to be.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a great weekend edition! Congrats to the MANY winners! How awesome are all those prizes!
ReplyDeleteLoved the pics! You guys are so photogenic!
I'm going to be away next Saturday (Boo-hoo) but I hope my mother-in-law's computer and internet is working, so I'll try to sneak in some Seeker time!
Now I have to figure out how to capture a momma cat and her two adorable babies who are living under our deck. Worried about them surviving the winter - which feels like it could come any minute now.
Any suggestions welcome! Ruthy? You seem the expert in all things animal! LOL.
Cheers,
Sue

ReplyDeleteAnd love the pictures! You guys got to hang with Vince?? I'm sooo jealous!! How fun is that??
Anyway, two small people are whining at my knee (really, my waist, since I'm sitting) so I'll go now but will be abck to read the comments later.
Happy Sunday, Seekerville!
Oh! Forgot to say I can't wait for this week's line-up!!
ReplyDeleteAnd especially Melanie!
Walt, I can't imagine it's out of line to say that- I'm going to head on over and check it out. I've never heard of that blog. I love seeing people 'out and about' in the real world.... okay, the cyber world.
ReplyDeleteGood GRIEF, you guys are insanely busy!! And INSANELY generous! Look at that list of winners and a Kindle Touch for a weekly prize?? *shakes head, smiling*

ReplyDeleteohh I Won!
ReplyDeletecongrats to everyone who won this week!
ReplyDeletegreat pics guys!
ReplyDeleteWhat a Week!
ReplyDeleteWhat a contest! It looks like there were three times more winners than non-winners. Fantastic! Now that’s marketing on steroids!
I really enjoy all the photos of the Great Tulsa Adventure. It’s fun to at last meet the people behind the comments.
BTW: Carol brought cookies for everyone and my wife and I agree: they are the best we ever had! Ruth you have competition! And Carol, thanks again.
My wife, Linda, talked to Ruth for the longest time during the pizza party and afterward she said, “I just love Ruth. She’s an amazing person.”
I was at the other end of the table talking to Mary and she let me give her a pitch on my WIP. That’s like winning a prize. Thanks, Mary.
Tina had relatives there to fill out the party.
What’s so nice is that now the names behind the comments will never be the same! It’s so good to meet the real people.
Vince
P.S. I’ve reviewed “The Price of Victory” on Amazon and my web site. I call it a “Romancing of Life Itself.” Don’t miss reading this book because it is extraordinary.

Congrats to ALL the winners. Seekers are so generous!
ReplyDeleteAnother great week ahead.
Congratulations, everyone!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing the pictures. Wish I could have been in Tulsa. If y'all ever make it to K.C. or Topeka I'll be there.
The OK book singing looks like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteAnd what a zippety-cool week it's been on Seekerville. I can't wait to do it all again this next week, but I imagine the Seekers will only be fit to lie down in a darkened room for awhile when this birthday month is done!
Thanks for all you do, Seekers!
Congrats to all the winners! What a fabulous party! :D
ReplyDeleteMega congrats to all the winners! :) Mary, Ruthy, and Tina...love the pics of Oklahoma. Looks like you had a blast. Hope you sold a lot of books. Enjoying one of the last remaining 70 degree days left this month. Have a great weekend everyone!
ReplyDeleteAngi
wooohoo! Mary - What a rescue!
ReplyDeleteIf you're gonna get stuck, that's the grand finale you hope for ;-)
Tina, thanks for getting all the info for the WE loaded and posted! WHEW! Don't know how you do it! Especially when you're on a book signing tour!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun to have Tina and Mary and Ruthy and Carol and Andrea and Vince and his lovely wife, Linda, together! Thanks for the great pics. We all wish we could have been there!
Joy, a Carolina book tour! Love the idea. We've got a few Seekers in the Southeast. Girls, we need to get on the road. Now wouldn't that be fun!
Vince, you're right. Carol's cookies are yummy!

Oh man that sounds so fun & fun-ny
Real men blog at F.A.I.T.H. Girls ;-)

Okay, Andrea and Carol and Vince, I want the truth! Did Ruthy behave?
ReplyDeleteRemember you're talking to the Sheriff! No crossed fingers behind your backs!
Congrats to all the winners this past week.
ReplyDeleteDidn't we have fun!!!
Loved Monday with Barbara Vey. You'll enjoy meeting her in person at ACFW next year.

Oh my goodness...you girls really know how to celebrate! This has been such a fun month...and now there's another week to celebrate. Happy birthday, Seeker friends! Love you blog and all the helpful info you share.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Carrie
Hi Seekerville! I'm in the Omaha airport headed to Denver. Ruthy is in the air and Mary is on her way home to her Nebraska casa.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget you can submit your Golden Heart proof of entry to the Seekerville email address for that drawing. See Saturday's post.
And I will be confirming all the entries into the Pitch contest tonight-but the contest goes through Tuesday!!
I'm so excited to see the photos!! (and jealous, of course)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fantastic time!! When are y'all coming down to Atlanta for a signing, huh??? :)
Another great WE! I feel like I've been to Tulsa and back...
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all the winners - I KNOW you'll enjoy the books.
Walt - I'll be heading over to see you out in the world tomorrow -
And Christina - you don't live in Topeka, do you? That's my old stomping ground. Left our two oldest children there to try to keep the place cool when we moved, but I don't think it worked :)
The next book signing extravaganza? You ladies need to consider the new Books A Million opening up in Rapid City in November (replacing the Borders that closed last month). Not only a great party, but Mt. Rushmore is just a quick jaunt up into the hills...
LOLOL, Ruthy!! I'm dying here, picturing Mary in that elevator while y'all sat sweetly in the room, oblivious. :)
ReplyDeletePoor Mary. Except for that tale of hunky firemen. That might make up for the fear and angst.
I hope I'm not the last one to comment today! It's been an amazing week at Seekerville and it sounds like next week will be just as great! Thank you again for the book I won!
