Gobble Gobble! (You make a really cute turkey Tina!)
ReplyDeleteMy husband insist on cooking a 20+ pound turkey each year for a family of five. So many ways to use turkey! Turkey soups the best.
Congrats to the winners!
Congrats to all the winners! Hope everyone had a happy shopping day ;).
ReplyDeleteI missed all of today. Sort of intentionally. Because I was at Panera working hard and I knew if I came over here, I'd come back repeatedly and I needed to get words in :).
10008 at Panera [yes, you read that right ;)] and 10303 for the day and trying to keep going until bedtime so I can hit 40K for the month. Right now at about 383xx.
So I have breakfast from Panera for everyone :).
Next week looks great!!! Can't wait!
Carol!!!!
ReplyDeleteCan you come work on my WIP??? I'll just tell you the characters and the plot points ( that's the hard part, right?) and you can write it down for me. Because writing is the easy part, hahaha!
Wow! I'm inspired to get in my measly 1K before midnight!
Teeena, I owe you big time....
ReplyDeleteWe broke up the turkey fest weekend last night with a family fish fry. The non-fish eaters enjoyed turkey and gravy over basmati rice...
How much food can be eaten in a three day-weekend???
Oh my stars!
Okay, working to get back on schedule here. I'm doing revisions and I think they're going well. They're a stinkin' cute couple, in any case, and they've got two little soldier boys kind of dropped on their doorstep, just in time for Christmas...
Love it!
Carol, I'm beyond impressed. Seriously. I've never been able to do that. I plug along daily, but I've never been able to turn out mega-figures for a day. I think I've topped out at 4K when I've got Jammie-days.... But my brain doesn't work in "write" mode for that long. I need to walk away. I am totally lifting my mug of pumpkin spice latte in toast to your amazing effort and accomplishment.
At Panera, no less. Totally impressed!
Gobble! Gobble!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the winners.
The week looks great!
Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving
Congrats on your writing, Carol. That's awesome.
I can't even imagine what a Panera day would be like! What fun!
Today...the calorie consumption must taper off. It was fun while it lasted.
ReplyDeleteAnother great week ahead. Thank you all.
Have you all seen the great fundraiser going on for Sandi Rog? I'll come back with a link.
Happy Weekend!
To find out more about the Sandi Rog fundraiser:
ReplyDeletehttp://fundraiserforsandirog.blogspot.com/2011/11/how-raffle-works.html
Amazing gift baskets are being raffled off over the next few days. Enter by donating in increments of $5.00. You really need to look at the goody baskets, and a lot of us together can bring that donation up to an amount that will really help Sandi's family with medical bills.
Gobble, Gobble!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to all of this week's winners.
Way to go, Carol!
Jamie, I always make a cute turkey, often with my turkey foot in my turkey mouth.
ReplyDeleteGobble! Gobble!
ReplyDeleteGobble gobble! Carol! You wrote over 10,000 words in one day!!! I am impressed into speechlessness.
ReplyDeleteGobble :)
ReplyDeleteLooks good! Great WE Teenster! See ya all next week!
Congrats to the winners, and I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Looks like a fun week ahead! :-)
ReplyDeleteYay! So excited about Highland Sanctuary! Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. Congrats to the other winners. Blessings~Stacey
ReplyDeleteGobble, Gobble! :D
ReplyDeleteHmmm, Tina, does that picture mean we get to call you a turkey? Not that we'd want to for any reason.
ReplyDeleteCAROL, you da woman!
Or something like that. Seriously, I am in awe of anyone who can turn out totals like that. I think my brain freezes up if I go beyond 2500.
Pepper, gobble gobble coming from the pirate just makes me laugh.
Thanks for the reminder about the fundraiser, Debra.
Congrats to all the winners.
Don't you normally call me turkey?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Carol!!!!
Debra, I checked out the raffle. Fun and cool stuff and a good cause!!
Gobble, gobble, gobble!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to all the winners -
And Carol! You're smokin'! Yay!
Ruthy, if you keep talking about that book you're working on, I'm going to be on pins and needles all year waiting for it to come out. You're just dangling these tiny tidbits for us...
Trying out Google Chrome! Hope I like it. I was trying to download Tweetdeck, and having trouble, so decided to bite the bullet and download Google Chrome first.
ReplyDeleteAll of this is in preparation for my post on Monday where I try to Corral Social Marketing!
Thank you everyone!!! Put on the headphones and get 'in the zone'. When DD10 left about 420, I was at about 1650. Did the rest in about 4 hours as I left around 830. As much as I can do while in the zone, that surprised even me :).
ReplyDeleteRuthy - I happen to know the little boy who may or may not be the model for the younger of the two... He's a handful... ;)
Back to work...
Congrats to all the winners!
ReplyDeleteHope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!
Wow, 10,000 words. I thought two days of over 4,000 words during NaNo was pretty darn good! I tip my hat to you, Carol!
See you all next week!
Cheers,
Sue
I've been out of town and missed y'all!! But I'm home again and catching up.
ReplyDeleteI hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!
Oh my stars, my computer has been commandeered for the weekend by college football fanatics.
ReplyDeleteWho KNEW it was rivalry weekend????
I'm hugging Mr. Laptop right now and never letting him go again!
I call Teeeeeenster a turkey, but in the nicest possible way, of course.
And never to her face. She IS Italian. You get that, right?
I tread with caution.
Jan, you're a hoot... Okay, mum's the word on Brett and Haley's story because this week we're talking about Yuletide Hearts (on shelves NOW!!!!) and Salvation Army bell-ringing....
And I love that Ramona Richards is coming by! Oh my stars, how cool-tool is that?????
Congrats to all the winners!
ReplyDelete"Gobble till you wobble!" - love it!
Listen to me very, very, very carefully.
ReplyDeleteRamona Richards is not just coming by. She is coming by with opportunity.
OPPORTUNITY.
Do you all read between the lines here?
Are you ready for opportunity?
What is opportunity?
Definition of opportunity: Exploitable set of circumstances with uncertain outcome , requiring commitment of resources and involving exposure to risk.
ARE YOU READY??
Tina,
ReplyDeleteRamona is wonderful. I had the 'opportunity' to ride with her to the airport from the hotel in St. Louis and it was GREAT!!!
She's definitely an encourager too.
Ruthy,
what about them Turkeys yesterday?!? Woohooo!!!! ;-)
Pepper, I just want to know when we get to see your Christmas costume?
