I also took the plunge and created a writer page (mainly to goad Virginia into doing it). Redoing my blog next. But trying to figure out how to make it as pretty and exciting as Seekerville.

Great WE! I always learn so much on Saturdays. Never heard of the film I.Q. and didn't even know Les Mis was being turned into a movie. What can I say? I live in a cave.

Hey, Teenster, stellar WE, as always, and would you believe I have NEVER seen Les Miserable in ANY form??? Our pastor told us once that it has strong spiritual threads and I'm pretty sure after this preview, I WILL see this one!! Love Amanda Seyfriend and Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway, so sounds a winner already. Of course, Russel Crowe is not bad either ... :)

Reading, after a certain age, diverts the mind too much from its creative pursuits. Any man who reads too much and uses his own brain too little falls into lazy habits of thinking.
I did get to have breakfast and hang out with the incomparable Tricia Goyer for a bit this morning :D. That was fun!
Gorgeous day here! Took the kids outside for a bit and will go back out again. Reading a good book AND Karen Witemeyer's new one showed up today!! Good weekend all around :D.

ReplyDeleteI saw The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel last night. It's pretty great. And the twenty five minutes of previews were all movies about writers!!! Seriously. I also had my first proper English tea. With cream! I feel so grown up.

Sandra, it was really easy-peasy. The only time I had trouble was finding a big enough picture as the backdrop. It kept giving me the same message, so finally I just went looking for screen shots of gorgeous people doing romantic things. Didn't have too look very long... It's prbably breaking some copyright laws, but let's not say a nything and maybe RA will come to my house to complain. :D

I'm totally enjoying the Einstein quotes. I had no idea he had such a sense of humor. My son had a poster of Einstein for years. Can I remember the quote on it? Uh ... no. I remember it was good, though :-)
