The article on writing the perfect scene was awesome. I've heard it all before but this was clearer somehow. A keeper for sure. Now if I could figure out how to get a Goal, Conflict and Disaster in all my scenes, I'd be doing great!
Thanking God that my daughter was not injured in her car accident yesterday. Our new car was, (2nd time in 6 months!) but metal can be fixed. Nerve wracking few hours yesterday though.

ReplyDeleteI'm still going through all the article links in the WE. Got interrupted by a flood in my apartment. A bad release valve in the apartment over me caused water to gush from my hot water heater. At least I was home and got maintenance on the phone quickly. I'll have 2 blowers and a HUGE dehumidifier here til Monday. At least they're like white noise. I should sleep well. LOL!
No Father's Day celebrations here. My dad died in 1970. I let my boys handle things for their dad since we're divorced. I will send my older son an email and tell him what a terrific father I think he is. He has two little girls and is just wonderful with them.
Back to washing towels and my bathmats. *sigh*
