Wednesday Kristen Ethridge returned to Seekerville and shared more of her Port Provident series with her post, "Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with a Book (or two or three)." Thursday we kicked off our birthday month with "The #NoLimits Way to Infuse Your Novel with Color and Sound," with multipublished best-selling novelist and writing coach, C. S. Lakin. Shoot Your Novel: Cinematic Techique to Supercharge Your Story , is our birthday prize today. An ecopy goes to Vince and a print copy to Christina Lorenzen.
On Friday Seekerville was delighted to welcome Bethany House fiction publicist, Amy Green to the party, with her post, "Following Through After a Conference." Winners of Mary Connealy's Fire & Ice are Eva Marie Hamilton, Valri, and Janet Ferguson.

I jumped to the Passive Voice link about Pronoun... and still wonder what's going on there, but then they monetized Facebook and no one died.
So I'm pretty sure with back up funds from significant sources, these guys are looking to make money eventually, back to Return on Investment...
But it looks like an interesting book service, all told.
Our first 8th birthday week is COMPLETE! And I wanna see what Jagears has about #nolimits coming up, because I think she's pretty amazing with what she manages to do and a tribe of small people at her feet!

I love no limits.
I love it so much because I think so much of our human psyche is filled with doubt and we set our own limits, sometimes without realizing it.
We don't like THIS, so we never do THAT.
People named Margaret are always hard-luck people.
I can't possibly help on Tuesday night's committee for the school because I have a dentist appointment after work.
I believe it's okay to say "no".... but I believe in No Limits because if we self-impose limits on what we can/should/could/would do, we're putting up walls.
I see no walls.
When someone tells me I can't do something, I smile and wait until they get out of my way, and then I do it.
I love no limits.
But right now I'd like Buffalo to look a little stronger against the Giants, and OY! What are the Yankees doing??????????

The cinnamon roll waffles are super easy. You take the cinnamon roll dough that is in the refrigerated section and place 3 of them on the waffle iron and make as if waffles. They are delicious and super easy to make. I saw that on Pinterest and tried them this week.
ReplyDeleteMyra, thanks for asking about those of us on the East coast. Just a little west of you in the mountains of NC we have been getting dumped on with the rain. It was neat this morning when Pastor got up to make the announcements, he announced that we had sunshine. I called my parents who live in another town here in the mountains when I heard on the local news that the streets they normally take to church were closed due to floods so I called them to make sure they Knew. This has been quite the weekend for rain.

Because that's a different concept to me. Knowing what I can do...and scheduling for it... is important.
But not setting limits on what I can achieve, see, do is how I see "no limits".
