So You Think You Can Write! This year Harlequin is expanding opportunities for authors by introducing a separate New Adult competition, which will take place on Wattpad. Between the contests, five new authors will each be awarded a publishing contract with Harlequin/Mills & Boon.
The contests are part of So You Think You Can Write (soyouthinkyoucanwrite.com), the free 24/7 online conference that will take place September 16–20, 2013. So You Think You Can Write allows hopeful romance novelists to spend a week with more than 50 Harlequin and Mills & Boon editors from Toronto, New York and London through social media tools including podcasts, webinars, blogs, live chats, writing challenges, community discussions and Twitter events. If you all wouldn't mind praying for Melissa and her baby, Nathan. Nathan is jaundiced and not eating well. Melissa has been discharged from the hospital but is still staying there with Nathan, who won't be able to leave for a while yet. I'll let you know if things are improving after I talk to Melissa later today, but she was feeling pretty disappointed and worried yesterday.

ReplyDeletePraying for his bilirubin levels to even out and for the big guy to realize that food is essential!
Our little Brody did this, and for a couple of weeks was listed as failure to thrive, a big, 9 lb + baby boy who just seemed to be indignant because he had to work for food!!!
It was funny but worrisome but he's thriving now, and food???
Well, let me just say he eats well as a happy three-year-old who is never full. :)

Thanks for sharing photos and so much of the fun. It was an amazing weekend and I can't wait to do it again (after some sleep!)
I just found out late last night that I missed Susan Anne Mason here...ugh... I hate that part!
I got to spend so much time with my Inky sisters and Seekers and Seeker villagers - the fellowship, worship, encouragement and opportunities. I'm praying right now that God will provide a way for me to do it again and for that person reading this that needs to be here next year WILL be here. (well, wherever HERE is next Sept.)
