The Weekend Edition

Seekerville brings you a very concise Weekend Edition, as we waddle off for more eggnog and cookies, to celebrate the Christ in Christmas!
Merry Christmas!

We Have Winners

If you are not familiar with our giveaway rules, take a minute to read them here. It keeps us all happy! All winners should send their name, address, and phone number to claim prizes. Send to Seekers@Seekerville.net

Winners of Rocky Mountain Cowboy, the final Love Inspired installment of the adventures in Paradise, Colorado are Tanya Agler and Caryl Kane. Meg Brummer won the Facebook copy.

Janet Dean headlined our first post of the week chatting about hope in her post "Hope: Waiting Expectantly." Trixi, Marianne Barkman and Carroll Pellegrineli are the winners of eBook copies of her Christmas novella A Daddy for Christmas, a delightful story of second chances.

Wednesday we were delighted to welcome Villager, Terri Weldon to Seekerville with her post, "The Destructive Power of Procrastination." Linda Sammaratin is the winner of an e-copy of her holiday novella, The Christmas Bride Wore Boots.

Jolene Navarro joined us in Seekerville on Thursday, for her post on archetypes, "Your Life is a Cast of Characters." CindyW is the winner of Forever Christmas Kiss, and Sharee Stover is the winner of The Soldier's Surprise Family. Winner of the Caroline Myss Archetype cards is Jill Weatherholt.

Next Week in Seekerville

Monday: Seekerville is Closed to Celebrate the Birth of our Lord.

Tuesday:  Sandra Leesmith is your hostess and will talk about hosting a Facebook Party. She has invited Tanya Stowe, from Faith, Hope and Love chapter of RWA to share how she set up the Facebook Party that featured Sandra as one of the authors.

Wednesday: Speculative Fiction author and librarian, Steve Rzasa is our special guest today. Stop by for "On Track." Steve is generously offering a first 15-pages critique of a Speculative Fiction manuscript to one commenter in preparation for the ACFW Genesis Contest. Leave a comment and let us know you want to be entered.  And because we are delighted when a librarian stops by, Seekerville is giving away an Out Of Print tote in honor of his visit.

Thursday: Tina Radcliffe brings you "Regional Cues and Clues." Should your heroine say soda or pop? Sneaker or tennis shoe? Let's discuss the fun quirks of regional terminology that can add authenticity to your writing. The prize vault is open.

Friday: Best of the Archives with Sandra Leesmith.  Sandra will bring back her popular post on "The Perfect Place To Write." Comments are closed on Fridays so we can all catch up on our reading and writing.

  10. Seconding Tina's comment, Merry CHRISTmas to Seekerville!

Busy day here. Five-year-old granddaughter is an angel in her church's Christmas program at noon today. We were told if we wanted a good seat to get there by 11:15--WOW!!

Then off for a Middle Eastern lunch with the fam (Christmas Eve tradition for our missionary daughter & her family).

Then we have to arrive for choir warmups at our church by 5:15 tonight to sing at the two traditional candlelight services, 6 and 10 p.m.! Plus lasagne/potluck supper in between.

Hoping the grandkids don't wake up TOO early in the morning!!

    What are the odds??????
