  1. Okay, I'm beat and I was heading to bed when I checked over here. I am so blessed to have won the $50 gift card. THANK YOU GUYS. You bless me so big.

I am really looking forward to reading each post this coming week, but especially the one about women's fiction. And for birthday dessert, I think my new favorite is the gluten free Nothing But Bundt bundt cake personal size. :)

I hope to stop by later this weekend, as you have included some fabulous links, Tina. Thank you for all you ladies do. Taking my teary eyed self to bed now. ;)

    1. Jeanne, congratulations!

I don't do Bundt cake. Not enough frosting.

Give me carrot cake with cream cheese frosting....

Or yellow cake with dark chocolate frosting...

Or Cannoli Cake! Done with cannoli filling, whipped cream frosting and a fresh cannoli on top!

Mmmm... now I have cannolis on my mind!

    2. All of your cake choices sound decadent, Ruthy. I love frosting too. I admit. Unfortunately, I haven't yet met a gluten-free cannoli cake, so I haven't tried one . . . yet. I'll have to see if I can find one somewhere. :)

    3. Never heard of nothing but Bundt cake. Sounds yummy, but do love Ruthy's cakes also.

  2. I love Nothing Bundt Cake. They are located way too close to my house. They send me coupons. They are sort of evil.

    1. I know what you mean, Tina. There's a Nothing Bundt Cakes opening up about 2 miles from my house. NOT a good thing for my waistline . . . Or maybe I should say I'll have to exercise a lot more self-control now. Sigh.

    2. Never heard of it. Wonder if there is one by me.

  3. Congratulations, Debby Giusti. And gee Pam, that sampler looks good. I already downloaded it. :)

Herb Therapy? Is it a guy named Herb?

    Myra, love the boxed set!

I adore cupcakes. There is something so special about a cupcake that a cake just doesn't have. It's personal, it's small. It's yummy.

    1. I love cupcakes, too! They're almost guiltless.

And it's fun to see them in all kinds of new ways with new fillings and toppings. But I did notice the last time I was in Manhattan that the cup cake craze seems to have fallen the way so many do...

But NY Bagels are alive and well!

    2. Thanks, Tina! It was fun to give these books a second life!

  4. I'm ducking in early before the pumpkin craze begins here on the farm... and waving to all winners! HOORAY FOR YOU!!!!!

    :)

    BIG RUTHY GRIN HERE!

We've got two busy weeks of sales still to go before my life ebbs back to normalcy, but in the meantime I'm blessed to have pumpkin-mania alive and well, my summer 2018 LI is almost done, my second mystery for Guideposts is complete and Wishing Bridge 2 is begun...

Sneaking into the computer in the wee smalls is my current road to sanity.

But having said that, I'm grabbing TWO CUPCAKES and loving them!!!!!

    Happy Sunday, Seekerville!!!

  17. Congratulations for hitting the bestseller list again, Debby!!!

And congrats to all this past week's winners! Looks to be another fun birthday week ahead. But I can't believe we're halfway through the month already. The beautiful autumn days are flying by -- here in the Arizona mountains, the maple tree in my yard that was brilliant red from top to bottom last week is almost leafless and it's about time to cut back and winterize my few remaining flowers. It's been a beautiful time of year!

I'd LOVE to visit your pumpkin farm, Ruthy! And during this season I'm always nostalgic for the Midwest--the small-town Iowa and Missouri I grew up in.

    1. Yikes, Glynna, did you check the temps this morning? Our thermometer dropped to 12 degrees just at dawn. Goodness, time to fly south. But the days are so warm. It is really incredible.

  18. Congratulations to all the winners this week! Wow, I can't believe we're at the halfway mark of our birthday month. So many wonderful guests and so many left to visit with us. What a party!

Congrats, Debby on the PW nod!! Awesomeness to be celebrated.

We're in the midst of Indian Summer here along the front range of Colorado. Very windy yesterday, but today looks absolutely gorgeous. Planning on spending time in the beautiful outdoors before blustery days hit us again.

Ruthy, I love pumpkin patches! The farmers around here were scrambling a week ago when snow showed up in the forecast! Still, there's plenty of the orange globes nestled in green to compliment the drying cornstalks and wheelbarrows filled with squash :)

    I love fall.
